Audi recalls faulty A4 and A5 for issues in shock absorbers

Canberra: Rectifying your own problem will make your presence stronger, and the premium manufacturer, Audi has just done something like that. The German automobile brand has recalled two of its premium offerings, A4 and A5 with the model year 2019 for some minor concern about the shock absorbers.
The shock absorber is one of the important parts of a car that controls the movement of springs suspension. If the doubt of having the faulty units become true, the cars will be at a high risk as the suspension components can be separated at the time of driving. And as a result of this, the driver can lose control of the car and the risk of an accident increases.
Audi has included a total no of 18 cars in the recall having the VIN as WAUZZZF43KA061283, WAUZZZF41KA061489, WAUZZZF43KA063146, WAUZZZF46KA063240, WAUZZZF42KA063476, WAUZZZF46KA064050, WAUZZZF49KA064589, WAUZZZF54KA042072, WAUZZZF5XKA042139, WAUZZZF50KA042165, WAUZZZF59KA042200, WAUZZZF57KA042213, WAUZZZF52KA042541, WAUZZZF51KA042546, WAUZZZF55KA043327, WAUZZZF51KA043339, WAUZZZF56KA043806, WAUZZZF51KA044698.
The carmaker itself will contact the owners who have the affected cars and will assist them by providing a free fix at their nearest dealership.
To recall, the 2019 Audi A4 is available with two different powertrain options in the local market. The base variant employs a 1.4-litre turbocharged petrol four-cylinder mill that is capable of providing a maximum power of 147.5 hp along with a peak torque of 250 Nm.
While the 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbo engine is provided with two different tunings. The first is provided to the 40 TFSI mode, which can churn out a maximum power of 188 hp, and the peak torque is 320 Nm. The other tuning is in the top-version 45 TFSI, that provides a maximum power of 248 hp and a peak torque of 370 Nm.
