BMW unveils M Performance Parts for 8 Series Gran Coupe and 3 Series Touring

The premium car manufacturer, BMW has unveiled a new M Performance package for the 8 Series Gran Coupe and all-new 3 Series Touring. These three models are also the latest editions form the German brand. The extensive range of M Performance Parts basically enhances the cars’ sportier appearance.

The 8 Series Gran Coupe comes with side mirrors and the front grille made up off carbon-fibre.  The usage of the carbon-fibre is also seen on the side grills. Moreover, one can also opt for a rear diffuser insert having gloss black paint and carbon-fibre mirrors. There is also an option for the Special light 20-inch alloy wheels.

Both the 8 Series Gran Coupe and all-new 3 Series Touring can have the performance brake systems. As per the company’s claim, these will increase the braking effect in extreme conditions.

The 3 Series Touring gets the availability of side skirt extensions and aero-enhancing bumper. These along with the roof-mounted rear spoiler come with a gloss black finish. Both the models can also be armed with the M Performance decals.

Getting inside the car, the cabin is ornamented with the carbon-fibre components. There are special key holders, LED door projectors having the M Performance logo and M Performance floor mats too. The driver grips an Alcantara-finished steering wheel, which has carbon fibre inserts.

There is some other notable equipment too including M Performance wheel bags that help to carry the alternative alloy wheel options and stainless steel pedals, which is taken from the ‘motor racing’, as per the manufacturer.

Apart from these claddings, the carmaker has also revealed the updated X1 SUV’s accessories. These include 20-inch black alloy wheels, high-gloss black front grille, carbon-fibre mirror caps, M Performance floor mats, Alcantara steering wheel and LED door projectors.
